  • 1. Access to ONONMADE.com
    2. Search for a product by scrolling through our Shop tab or directly type in the name/code of the product into the Search bar.
    3. Please choose your size (refer to our Size Guide) and quantity. Click the button Add To Bag to add an item. Click the button Continue Shopping to check all the chosen goods.
    4. Click Checkout or Make A Payment to proceed with the payment process.
    5. Fill in all the shipping information. Enter the promotion code (if needed). Choose your payment method. .
    6. All done! Your order has been made!

  • 1. Return conditions

    * Mandatory conditions when exchanging or returning goods:

       - Must have purchase receipt

       - Have not used it yet

       - The goods are complete with accessories, packaging, and gifts (if any)

    * Goods can be returned when:

       - The product has a technical defect due to the manufacturer

       - Wrong quantity delivered, not complete set as in the order

       - Not the right model or style as ordered

       - The product is scratched, broken, rusted...

    Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.


    * Customers can be returned/refunded when:

    There are no longer enough products in stock to deliver to customers.

    * In case the goods cannot be returned:

       - Customers themselves damage the product when installing and using it incorrectly

       - The product is a bikini, ONON does not accept returns for any reason due to sensitive hygiene issues

       - Change product design or quantity without notice before delivery.

       - Self-damage to packaging, scratches, installed products...

       - The customer checked the status of the goods, received the goods and did not have any feedback about the product within 24 hours.

    * Note:

       - Product exchange/return regulations will apply within 02 days from the date the customer closes the order (or receives the goods or deposits the goods).

       - Exchanges and repairs are carried out according to the product supplier's regulations.

    2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

    • Return notification time: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or is broken.
    • Product return time: within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Product return location: Customers can bring goods directly to our office/store or send them by post
